I'm guessing that the government didn't consider this time of year, now my kids are forced to stand outside in the freezing cold and rain whilst I have a cigarette. I can't even open the window open to talk to them as I'm worried that the rain will damage the buttons for the windows.

Sorry about the late post but at least, here in the North the Young Mums have the decency to smoke outside with their pram hoods up so the baby is unaffected by poisonous fumes.......Very thoughtful of them!! (IDIOTS)
