If a motorcyclist has one of those combined flip up helmets, Do they have to have the front bit down while they are riding? Is it the law? thanks

No, pretty sure they dont cause my mate has one and rides with it up, also you can wear open face helmets with no problem

Well I took a CBT in may and I am sure I was told by my instructor that it is illegal?
