Good Morning Early Birds!

Thursday. Clear sky but cold this morning.

Up to the hospice this morning, then lunch out again. :o}

I went up to the farm to get some spuds and honey. The spuds were in and bagged, but the honey is still in the hives, I don't think there will be so much this year. I'll go up again in a couple of weeks.

everything low fat..at least 5 a day and 2/3 litres of water....now only home baked bread too ! ..hardly any treats such as choccies..a box can last me months..no fizzy at all.....

no alcohol...not for around 6 months now..even then only a wee glass of wine or two...me good girl !!
