but have forgot how to put a logo of a favourite on the Win desktop.

Of a favourite what........ ? Photo ??

There are a number of ways to do it.

One way is to find the photo in your folder, RIGHT click on it, and select "Set as desktop background"

Or you can right click on the desktop background, select Personalize then the Desktop Background option, then browse to find the photo and select on it.

This is Windows 7, other versions may differ.

When I say favourite, I meant short-cuts, like e-mail that you use frequent.

When you are on a site that you want to keep. Left click the little star at the top right of your screen and save to your favourites list.

Thanks Togo, but that just puts it in Bookmarks, I want it on Windows short-cuts when I have turned my comp on.

Drag the icon that is on the left side of the address bar to the desktop.
