from a dull, wet, dismal Lanc's , don't you get fed up of this weather day after day? what have you planned? myself, for a change nothing but nothing, I will visit my friend s she went for chemo yesterday, I brighten her day up by getting her laughing & when she does that I know she is relaxed, have a good one you lot, No arguments, falling out, Back Stabbing, Snide remarks, just be friends, Tar ra.

Wow, and I mean WOW! just had another call from Estate Agent, he's just had a M/C Courier turn up from the Buyer with a Cheque and a covering letter for a local Solicitor to get things moving on Monday, and will I be able to let his Surveyor in at 10:00 on Monday?

If it's the Guy I think it is we beat him to it by about ½ hr when we bought it just over 3 yrs ago, so I reckon he deserves it.
