Have just watched the first NYPD BLUE episode only to hear at the end that it hasn't been on just once a week but 4 times!How annoying is that when I now have missed episodes 2,3,4, (Have taped 5 on the following Mon.)6,7,8,! Why don't they tell you at the beginning?Anyone else watching that can give a quick run down to episode 4?

As you know, each episode has complete stories, plus the 'running' storylines -

Connie McDowell's sister has re-entered her life after no contact for a year. She (the sister) is pregnant, and her husband is beating her. After going back to him twice, he beats her so badly she dies of her injrueis, but her premature baby survives. It looks like Connie and Andy Sipowitz are going to bring the baby and Theo up together as a family.

The Liutenant is gettin back with his wife - they split because of her coke havit.

John (receptionist) spent his inheritance on a vintage car, and had it carkacked and wrekced within hours of getting it!

That's up to Thursday - someone is taping for me cos I can't vid off my digi-box yet, so if you need anything else explaining, re-post, and I'll bring you up to speed (see I'm even talking like them now! God I LOVE this series!)

You missed out Baldwin's brief fliratation with an anti crime chick (who was also black - that annoys me a bit that he only goes for black chicks - you could see it a mile off) and anyway she gets shot in dubious circumstances and Baldwin sorts her out (in more ways than one) but only with the help of his ex DA chick!
Have you seen that bit?
It seems Baldwin and sexy DA is back on.
And also John Clark JR covers up for an indescretion by John Clark Snr which seems to not be going away.
Jnr and Rita are still hot stuff but the whole Jr / Snr thing put a bit of pressure on them.
Greg is having a crisis of confidence because he let a prisoner escape which i think will have repercussions down the line.

Is all this making me sound abit obssessed?
Well frankly - i am!
