Am I the only one who can't bear to listen to ITV's new political editor Robert Peston?
His overemphasis of words his constant stuttering broken dialogue makes it very hard to understand what he is going on about.

But ... we are talking media here, and the physical and verbal presentation of information is paramount. It is essential that the presenter does not distract from the information he or she is delivering because it reduces credibility in what is being said.
The weirdest thing of all is that as part of the deal, Mr Peston was offered a chat show!!!
I cannot imagine how that would pan out, when his ability to string a coherent sentence together is at the opposite end of the scale to his grasp of politics and economics.
I used to loathe the late Sir Terry Wogan for his unique speech patterns, but he was restricted to light entertainment.
For serious journalism, you need a person who can be taken seriously - on all levels.

I commented on Robert last year, the year he lost his wife knocked Robert, I understand Robert uses this site, he either does that or looks in, I agree his speech get's to people but you must admit he does put his comments over well, but I wish he would go back to the Robert Peston I used to know, the smart one not the scruffy one that you see now.

in short he predicted single handedly the crash of 2008 whilst being bad mouthed by the rest ( such as you )
