Absolutely brilliant. Excellent acting from everyone! (loved James Norton's moody Andre!) I remember watching the 1970's version with Anthony Hopkins as Pierre - really enjoyed it on the black & white tv! Can't remember any of the other cast members but I did remember Pierre ended up with Natasha.

A woman wrote to The Times praising this. (and running down soaps)
She thought it was marvellous how they presented it to a 'mixed-ability audience'. Lol, whatever did she mean?
