Now have a full grid but the maths has stumped me ..... as for crayons, they are for interior design palettes

devadolly - you can see the 12 pentomino shapes on wiki. In your grid the straight pentomino is on the top row starting with the 1. Th "T" shaped pentomino is upside down starts at row 3 col 8 with the 4. The X shape is in the middle (ish) starts row 3 col 5 with the 1. Once you have marked out the 12 pentominoes, the colouring is easy.
