Went to post office. Wanted to increase premium bond holding. Told they don't deal with them anymore. I have to either phone or go on line.
I mentioned an ISA I had, would I be able to add to it. Was told they don't deal with that anymore, I have to either phone or go on line.
Apart from selling stamps what else do they do!!!!!

I can't see how to do it on line - and wouldn't bank on line anyway - and I can't get through on the phone. I want to buy quite a lot because interest rates are so very poor.
I found some PREMIUM BOND certs that I had forgotten about, I wrote to ask had I cashed them or were they still active. I got five seperate letters back from NS&I, all telling me things but not the whole picture, they all came in the same post & luckily the last one I opened said yes they are still active, why on earth send 5 separate letters ?
