Ive just acquired a tumble dryer - a creda reversair DL sensadry system

it comes with a large which hose sticking out the front - which is removable.
this is to be connected to a vent or stuck out the window.

when i tested it, the air just came out of the front of the machine, like a warm air fan ... is there any reason why i cannot just NOT use the hose at all, and just allow the warm air to blow into the house?
it could even help dry things i have hung on the clothes maiden - couldn't it?

the room is small but not 'enclosed', the doorway is always open leading to the hall so actually it'd be nice to warm the house a bit too.

it is not in the kitchen so wont affect anything in there - it is a room of its own with just a washing machine and dryer in.

thanks

The air coming out of the machine will be warm and WET....do you want the whole house to be damp?

ah i ok, i figured it might be a bit damp, but wasnt sure if it was much
Depending on what you are drying, of course, you could be releasing quite a lot of water vapour into the house each time you use it...it will seek out the colder spots and condense, causing problems. Not a good idea at all!
