I have had Windows 10 now for a few months on my laptop Everything has been working well and I have been finding it isbetter than Windows 8 and nearly as good as Windows 7 BUT all of a sudden there are certain apps ie
Store that wont open I have tried others and a lot wont open I have done scans and system restore but they still wont open

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Not sure if this will work, but you could try to temporarily resolve the issue by booting into Safe Mode, and then immediately booting back into normal mode. This method has been previously reported as working for some others with a similar problem as yours.
- To boot to Safe Mode:
Press and keep Holding the Shift key down while you press the Power icon and select Restart.
- Windows 10 will restart to a Windows Recovery Environment, select 'Troubleshoot>Advanced options>Startup Settings, and then 'Restart'.
- When the system restarts, you should see a number of options. Press 5 or F5 for 'Safe Mode with networking'.
- Sign into your account in Safe Mode then just restart your computer to startup a normal boot.
A further option to consider is performing a Reset of Windows 10 as per the info at:-
