Windows 10

I have had Windows 10 now for a few months on my laptop Everything has been working well and I have been finding it isbetter than Windows 8 and nearly as good as Windows 7 BUT all of a sudden there are certain apps ie
Store that wont open I have tried others and a lot wont open I have done scans and system restore but they still wont open
Any help please

How are you logging on to Windows when it first starts up?

Are you using an email address and password, or just a "name" like Fred or whatever.

I believe the store will only work if you logon to Windows 10 with an email address and password.

I log on with my email and password

Not sure if this will work, but you could try to temporarily resolve the issue by booting into Safe Mode, and then immediately booting back into normal mode. This method has been previously reported as working for some others with a similar problem as yours.

- To boot to Safe Mode:
Press and keep Holding the Shift key down while you press the Power icon and select Restart.
- Windows 10 will restart to a Windows Recovery Environment, select 'Troubleshoot>Advanced options>Startup Settings, and then 'Restart'.

- When the system restarts, you should see a number of options. Press 5 or F5 for 'Safe Mode with networking'.

- Sign into your account in Safe Mode then just restart your computer to startup a normal boot.
