Afternoon plays on BBC 1. Brilliant writing. Really enjoyed the play today. What a super end!

A proper end in my opinion
Sorry, dreadful dirge just finished on R4. Didn't read question properly.

The girls mum went to a posh restaurant where they were dining, and told the story of her little girl and the boy to,everyone
It was all jabbering by that woman and it got right up my goats nose.

What is a goats nose ?
Our resident goat expert is tonyav ;-)
Today's episode was ok. I enjoyed yesterday's and Monday's episodes more.

Agree bobbie. A very well written play with a great ending.
They are repeating an old series next week if you missed it first time round!
What time and side is it on please?
Same as this week: 2:15PM on BBC 1
I hardly ever listen to the plays these days. They just don't seem to appeal to me. Such a shame as I'm usually in during the afternoon, but now switch to Steve Wright. I give them a minute or two to see what they're like.
I've just re-read the question too Svejk. Note to self - must concentrate! I meant the ones on the radio.
"listen to the plays"? They're on TV....normally you would watch them!
Georgiesmum...ever thought of a TV listings mag? You never seem to know when/where anything is on!
I watched the Monday one. Didn't do much for me, though it was nice to see Hayley from Corrie is alive and well.
Exactly the same, hellywelly. I give them a chance in case a diamond emerges from the agenda driven dross. (about once a year I'm vindicated ;-))
'Hayley' is also alive and well in Happy Valley - married to the 'cheating' policeman who has murdered his girlfriend.
But Shane Ritchie was he's usual wide boy Alfie Moon type character.
