90S(?) British Abuse Drama

I remember seeing a drama (not sure if movie or TV drama) some years ago and I'm sure it was from the 90s. It was definitely British. It concerned a teenage girl who was being abused and the scene I most vividly recall is a group of adults sitting around in a lounge playing a game where they would take turns to dare each other to do things. It started off relatively light-heartedly though it became excruciatingly uncomfortable (for the viewer and the girl) when she (the girl) was 'dared' to unzip one of the adult men's trousers. I remember all present being quite well-spoken and drinking glasses of wine. Anyone?
