To settle an argument.

When a female's vital statistics are given as, say 36 24 36, is the bust measurement taken around the bust or under the bust? I know that bra size is the measurement under the bust, and then the cup size depends on the size of the bust, but always though that vital statistics were based on the measurement around the bust.

Thanks

pencil test - i can hold most of a stationery dept!! ;o) lol

as for vital statistic, i do believe it's measured at the fullest part of the bust...other wise 36-24-36 would look silly...it would mean that just under your bust measures the same as the widest part of your hips!!!

My pencil doesn't only stay there ~ I can still draw with it!

Good job hubby likes the 'pendulous' eeeeek.
