Hi bm. I posted this in the title box instead of the search box by mistake. We are using them to claim back 4 mis-sold policies and have been dealing with them since October last year! I was just wondering if anyone else had used them and how long did the process take for them.
They have different "teams" that handle each claim and it seems that "the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing".
Any thoughts anyone?
