49a Cheerfulness (8). Have s-n-h-n-.Has to be sunshine or sunshiny, presumably, and have gone for the former, but it doesn't feel right somehow. Anyone have anything different?

Don't do this crossword, but I would go with sunshine, as the dictionary refers to it as a light hearted form of address.

Well cheerfulness is a noun, as is sunshine, so I'd go for that. Sunshiny is an adjective so doesn't fit the (not very good) clue.

I think I would go with Sunshiny. I found this definition which I think sounds closer to the clue. What do you think??
