When was BB made? How does it compare with Homeland? So far Homeland and the Sopranos were brilliant. Bramley.

Think the first series came out in 2008. Not seen Homeland or Sopranos but can vouch that BB is the best series I've ever seen on TV.

I have watched all three and Breaking Bad is miles better than two very very good series. I would place them in the following order : BB, Sopranos, Homeland....House of Cards would probably fit between Sopranos and Homeland.

I enjoyed Breaking Bad, more than the Sopranos and marginally better than Homeland.

After a few episode, it tended to get rather OTT, but then picked up and the rest were superb.

It was slightly spoiled for me by the presence of a teenaged individual with cerebral palsy who had an irritating whingeing voice.

Good entertainment.

Best TV show ever, closely followed by game of thrones and Narcos and the walking dead.

And Ivor you are right he does have cerebral pals au but nowhere near as bad.

I love breaking bad... best complete series I've seen in a long time. I'm waiting a little while before I watch the full series again. GOT is also Superb however 'Supernatral' is the show for me at the moment.

Loved BB. Watched most while visiting my sister in Canada a couple of years ago. We couldn't wait to see next episodes night after night on Netflix. I found Walt Junior very endearing.

I heard stories about how good BB was from friends and strangers. Thought it was all hype tbh, but last year when Spike started, they showed all the episodes, which I recorded on my digibox. They stayed there unseen until one night we had nothing to watch and we watched the first episode. Straight away we watched the second, and thereafter, whatever else was on, we watched up to four episodes every night. Fantastic series right up to the very end.
