Anybody Having Trouble With E Bay?

Username and password let's Mrs sqad into the site, but when she clicks on "My Ebay"...the username and password comes up, but when she clicks "Sign in" it refuses to accept the details.

Any ideas?

Perhaps they know, somehow, that she's putting you up for auction and that's against the Site Rules...There'd be no action on the auction.

Can you scroll right to the bottom and click on 'Help and contact'?
If you keep following the directions and clicking on the most appropriate answer, (hard I know, the answers are a bit vague), eventually they give you the choice of phoning them, or they will phone you, which usually only takes a couple of minutes. You can actually speak to an eBay person and they'll look at your account and find out the problem for you.
I've used this service a few times and they've been very good!

Is she using a 'phone? I am on O2 and can use eBay fine but whenever I use wi-fi, I can input name and password but it keeps asking for them again and again.

Thanks Sir Alec......I have had a shot, but it sent me the password by email, that i already had, but it still didn't work.
I will have to ring them.

Corbyloon...yes, she is on WIFI and the details do keep coming up and rejects them.
How do you get in?

A friend told me she's having similar problems. I don't use ebay and I don't know the answer, but I thought I'd mention it in case there is a general problem with it.

wolf......same problem on all 3 PC's

I have asked to send my username and that is the same one that the site won't accept.

I have also asked to change the password and that will take 49 hours..LOL

I have a problem only when I am on the 'phone and using wi-fi (so not using a laptop and wi-fi) If I turn off the wi-fi, it's fine.
