Spectacle Frames

I'm really into glasses and change my frames every year.

Does anybody from AB know where I can buy just frames in Europe as I'll be visiting a few european countries this year.

I do not want designer frames as they can be boring or just plain expensive and boring !!!

I have bought very reasonably priced stylish frames in both Bulgaria and Lithuania.
PS if you are in Lithuania, buy lots of lovely amber jewellery while you are at it. But I don't think you can get amber spex frames.
