I trust the update request was done via the official update site. What sort of update were you doing?
If you log on are you saying the update hasn't happened yet?
the problem was they thought somebody else was using my account due to it being outside the uk, so i tried to confirm it was me, but then they refused to recognise my password, so i changed it, and was told they would get back to me in a few days, which they have, only to remind me that somebody outside the uk(me) is using my account.
