Genius....☺....we had a chap near us in Ireland who was refused permission to build a bungalow.....way out in the wilds it was....no harm to anyone but he gained permission to build a garage.

I was a large garage for a while...then some lovely windows appeared....and then some walls inside...you know the rest.....☺

We don't know why he was turned down, it's probably a residential street. He gets full marks for ingenuity and it looks better than a blank garage door onto the footpath.
