Woke today to a light covering of snow after the deluge on Friday had all but melted. I thought spring was in the air - silly me!

devadolly, the 3 letter answer to the clue in column 1 is a double definition, the definitions being split 2,1 and the answer is entered thematically.
This week's offering is far more straightforward, albeit that some of the trophies Stick Insect's cat brought home are carefully disguised! Be interested to see if they match what GM brought home in his hunting days! Just having a preprandial Jameson, home measure of course!
