Wrong Email Address

I sent a long email plus several attach's,before I realised I had sent it to an old defunct email address.Is there anyway to change the address without having to rewrite the whole thing again plus attachments.? Bearing in mind it is now in the "SENT" folder. I'm using both Windows Mail and Gmail.Thanks.

Yes open the sent copy and hit the forward button and then put in the correct address

If it's in the "sent" folder, open it up and then block the text and "copy". Start a new email to the correct address and "paste" the text into the new email. Ypu'll have to add the attachments manually but it saves re-typing the text.
