Stopping Windows 10 Updates

I know this has been posted before, but these updates for Windows 10 is doing my head in. I have now been given a date and have to select a time.

I am just not ready, so is it too late???

I am using chrome and currently have Windows 7 for how much longer is anyone's guess.

Thanks all. I have successfully removed this annoying update.

Download the GWX Control panel.

Select the "Download Installer" from this page, install it, then on the GWX control panel stop Windows 10 updates.
