Help! - Need A Good Mobile Phone Manager, That Can Work With All Types Of Phone.

ive tried all sorts now and none seem to be able to do what i want.

i just want one piece of PC software, that will allow me to plug in either an android, windows and blackberry phones - any any others if possible

and import and export any contacts i want, and it will convert them to the correct file type for the phone,

i feel like i have got loads of old phones with numbers on, and various different back ups etc on my pc and id like to just put them all in one place
