How can I download from Netflix to a nexus 7 for a flight ?

Googling has only served to further confuse me.

You seem to be seeking to do the impossible.

Netflix is a 'streaming only' service. You can't save movies or other Netflix content.

So you can't use Netflix where there's no fast internet connection. (Further, you can't use a UK Netflix account outside of the UK).

You can`t. The only services you can download are BBC iPlayer and 4OD but 4OD really don`t seem to like Android.

Thank you both . I guess I was trying to find out if there was a way around it .Ill stick with SkyGo and the other old faithfuls :)
