What is the best hotel in Hong Kong?

Depends on what you want & where you want to stay. I've stayed in the Kowloon Shangri-La, which was excellent (some years ago now, but I see they've had renovations since). Tremendous views over the harbour (ask for room high up) & spoiled rotten - electric blinds on the windows etc see -http://www.shangri-la.com/eng/hotel/search/index.h
tm Had a meal in Peninsula, also in Kowloon but found it a bit stuffy - dead posh though! Try http://www.tripadvisor.com/ for some recent views on hotels.

Always used to be The Peninsular but as Beagle1 says it's dead stuffy.
