Help Needed With Musucal Notation Please.

Making a card for a friend. One of her birthday surprises is to be a trip to Holland. She is a musician.
I was thinking of drawing a stave, and putting the first 9 notes of Tulips from Amsterdam on there.
IE, the notes to "When it's spring again, I"ll bring again"
Probably sounds daft to you, but I think it will go down well, only I don't have a musical note in my body.
Any assistance will be gratefully received :)

I should have said, the 7th from the left is good as it will be easy for you to copy.

Mamyalynne, she loved the card, she said she didn't even need to play the notes, she sight read them :)
