Hum this could be any number of things.
But first the two things i would say is if you have a diet lacking in freash fruit and veg then this can cause tiredness and so can a lack of regular exercise.
anyway i shall not lecture you on the above because something like tiredness can be very person specific.
I would have to go with what steve208 said.. He nailed it with the diet factor... You would be amazed at would good and bad food does to the body.. Try looking energy foods up online.. And if you dont exercise, you should.. even if its a walk a day.. The more you exercise the more energy you will have. The less active you are the more lazy you will feel.
Kathyan also made a very good point.. and what she had gone through is very common..
