Why don't she now take it a step further and demand that the name of the plant rape seed be changed, since their is more connection between the two words rape and seed, that there is between rape and yellow?

Ridiculous faux outrage - the plant is called rape (it always has been) - does she have an attack of the vapours every time she has a trip in the countryside in late spring?

This was my local Aldi before I moved house - I feel desperately sorry for the lovely people who work there having to deal with attention seeking idiots like this.

It was indeed a silly name to choose, marketing and labelling means trying to entice customers not repel them.

Agree, Wolf......the people who bought my house painted the front door that colour.... fine...their house now...up to them.....but the number of folk who stopped me and said.....Have you seen the ghastly colour of the front door now?!!!.....Not my favourite colour at all...x

exactly the point I was trying to make, she will come across the word rape in newspapers, magazines and the tv, does she choke everytime she hears or sees the word on these occasions.
