If someone could not help a person who the god entreats,then does this man still try to or give up?Supposedly,this man chose giving up,the god blame the man in all his life or not?

This man(it was about 50 years) was so obstinate,he does not be easy to accept helping,how to let he understanding his lethal trouble.
Update 2: Eventhough the man who was embodiment of angel to try he come back to correct way of life.

Before saw god and embodying a angel,this man never believed religion
