Serious question.....I know that Anders Breivik was complaining about his incarceration in a Norwegian Prison recently.

Can't immediately find anything more up-to-date.
The case was heard in a converted gym at the grey, concrete Skien jail, south of Oslo, where Breivik is being held.
Oslo’s office of the Attorney General says there is no case to answer, saying in pre-trial documents: ‘there is no evidence that the plaintiff has physical or mental problems as a result of prison conditions’.
The judge’s verdict – there is no jury – will be issued in coming weeks.

On 15 March 2016 a four-day civil trial started, to settle a lawsuit that Breivik, has launched against Norwegian Correctional Service,over his solitary confinement, and his general conditions of imprisonment, including a claim of an excessive use of handcuffs. Breivik claimed that his solitary confinement violated his human rights and asserted that he had been subjected to degrading treatment. The verdict expectedly will be delivered at the end of May or the beginning of June. [33]
