With the appalling terrorist attacks in Paris and Brussels everyone across Europe is being urged to be vigilant. But how on earth can people manage this when it seems that so many people are wandering around with their eyes glued to technology and have earphones in. Surely in this day and age of terrorist threats surely people should switch off technology while travelling. It seems that some people cant manage without their technology for 5 minutes.
