Hotmail Email Problem

If I want to print out my received emails in Hotmail I have always used the drop down menu under Actions on the rh side of the screen. Now the Actions tab has disappeared - how do I get this back? (I can print out the whole page using the File drop down menu, but Actions allowed me to print just the message.) Also I cant see a 'Help' button for hotmail anywhere -any advice??

I won't tell you what I, and many others, think of Hotmail ('cos the Ed doesn't like those kinds of expletives here!)

You've not told us how you're accessing your Hotmail account. It could be via a 'proper' email client (such as Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail or Thunderbird) via an app (on, say, an Android device) or via the Outlook.com website. (It makes a difference!). However I'll assume that you're using web-based access. If so, have you got the 'three dots' shown here?

Thanks so much Buenchico! The Utube clip answered the problem re printing, I access hotmail via Outlook. I still dont understand why the Actions drop down tab disappeared, but I can print as before using the ... at the top so problem solved anyway!

Actions is still there on my Hotmail. You do have to have an email open dolly.

Re answer from Togo - I still do not have Actions - and I always have the email I want printing open, I use Firefox, does this matter?
