Shell Takeover Of Bg

Did anybody else take the All Cash option and then expect a one off dividend from Shell as set out on page 22 of the BG Shareholder Guide of 22/12/15?

Thanks Zacs-Master but your comments were written in the BG prospectus of Dec 2015. I took the all cash option partly because it seemed that I would still be entitled to the Shell dividend according to the words that were written. It was clearly badly written because I received conflicting advice but the bottom line seems to be that because I was never a Shell shareholder I was not entitled to the dividend. Even the registrars have admitted that the wording in the booklet could have been interpreted either way. Boo!
