Hi estie, I have just looked on the link,any light that has a flex on is a pendant ,all these ones are what were called lampshades,meaning any of them can be atttached to the flex or the lampholder,the advantage to these is that there is no electrical connection to make so they are very easy to put up,don't know if I have been any help to you, take care, Ray

i am not sure but i think these shades come flat and you have to assemble them

Thanks. I know they're a type of pendant lamp, but how do I do an internet search for this type specifically (white plastic/ceramic cool shapes)???
