Turin Brakes.

Does anyone know who they are? I've been listening to them since the Optimist LP was first released, have all their albums and been to concert - but no one else I know has any idea who they are! Please let someone on here know who they are?!

I've got 2 albums from Turin Brakes albums although they've been tucked away for quite a while. I think they made an attempt to break in to the charts about a year ago but never really made it.

I know of them....Summer Rain I think its called is a good song

They normally crop up on Acoustic compliations.

Theres a touch of the Coldplay..Travis about them

I had the pleasure of doing some work for them a couple of years ago.
Very nice lads.
5 mile is a great record as is Pain killer but that is as far as knowledge goes music wise.
My impression of them was very intelligent rounded individuals - a bit posh but very nice.

I've heard of them. The only song I know is one where they're on a plane in the video or something, if that rings any bells?
