Pork Steaks
Am looking for a simple recipe for oven cooked Port Steaks that come out tender and succulent without a lot of herbs and spices and messing about. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Today I thinly sliced some pork steaks, seasoned with S&P, added a few spoonfuls of soy sauce, sesame oil and left in fridge for a few hours then tonight i fried them in a very hot pan for about 5 minutes, served with swede and parmesan chips, seasoned with S&P with a couple of tea/s of olive oil cooked in hot oven for about 20 minutes, then turned over and cooked for another 10 minutes, (add grated parmesan for last 10 minutes), beautiful!!
