I bought my 1st home just over a yr ago but i am thinking of moving bk to my home county at the end of nxt yr. Is that too soon after buying? I know my home will sell quickly so thats no problem.

You wont have had any time to gain equity but there is no reason other than more fees why you shouldnt.

There is no time limit to sell your home.

No problem ,you can buy a housed and sell it again an hour or even a minute later if you want.
