I am short and chubby. If I buy a top in M&S I take a 16 and if I buy a skirt I take a 14. I do not have a waist! Is there a make of dress that caters for the fuller figure? I am OAP but like to look smart and able to splash out.

Figleaves do a range of clothing that suit larger busted ladies. Maybe they will have something to suit you as they have a range of cuts to suit different shapes.
Evans?
Have you tried Bon Marche?? They have a good selection of clothing and accessories.
Ann Harvey do clothes for the fuller figure.
Have you tried something like this

Admittedly I am small but I always find with this design the bottom fits snugly and the top gapes open. It sounds like you are the prefect shape to fill it in the right places.
Bravissimo do some lovely dresses - very smart and classy/ not frumpy (even if you haven't got a particularly large chest, they seem to fit very well and are good quality)
Aaahhh, I wonder if I got my bra sellers mixed up Bravissimo is quite probably the one I had in mind.
A shroud:-)
:-) T'is the very same bra brand that now do dresses Eccles :-) Even though I don't have ample charms, I have a swimsuit by Bravissimo and it is really nicely made. I didn't realise they did dresses until recently as I'm looking for a dress for a friends wedding soon, and came across a few on ebay
Pepperberry is the name I was too idle to look up.
