Enlarging Scanned Photos

I have scanned a photo and would like to print it out larger..My laptop is 8.1 and printer Hp2480, does anyone know how I can do this,preferably an easy way!

Hopefully you've scanned it at a high resolution and not just at 72dpi.
If you haven't got any photo programmes, then you could use publisher (part of office) and place the photo onto a page and scale it up - keep it in proportion.
If you've scanned it at 72dpi you won't get such as good quality when you scale it up.
