I watch this programme now and again and I wonder how people who have a judgement made against them are made to pay? A few people end up in this court because they have no money or are on benefits so how are they expected to pay?

Don't know, but on Judge Judy, the US equivalent, the TV company pays.

Also judge Rinder is not a real court, they just sign a contract to say they will abide by the outcome, I think Judge Judy is a real court.

I think Judge Rinder counts as an arbitration

which means that you cant go and have another go at another court
( counts as res judicata )

and you cant really take in another judgement and say I want this varied ....

I don't think the producers would care if they were 'entertaining'. Still very cheap tv
