3 mobile advert - coloured ribbons. Green car?

On the current advert for 3 mobile, with the yellow and purple ribbons coming from peoples mouths, there are a couple of shots of a green car. What car is this? Thanks.

I Imagine because all people normally ask for on this page is "the music to....? Milky was on auto pilot while answering. It is a refreshing change NOT to have a question asking about the bloody music in adverts!! No Idea what the car is by the way!

Can't blame Mikey for that one, almost every question about that ad relates to the music.

Well I'm hopeless on cars (saying that it looks like an old Ford Capri probably only underlines my ignorance on the subject !) but surely there are one or two 'petrol-heads' out there who could enlighten Levin?

But of course they need to see the ad first. If you click on - http://www.visit4info.com/search/ and type 'Three' in the search box then click on the first picture that appears you can choose between the broadband and dial-up (or 'narrowband') versions. The car appears in the first couple of seconds and again towards the end of the commercial.

Just a thought - is it a real car? Isn't that the ad where you have like a 3 coach coach, and there aren't any of them.

Biarticulated buses, i.e. with three coaches, do exist and have been in use for over a decade on the roads of South America, Europe and Japan.

Watched the ad and agree with Chelsea97 that it looks like a Ford Capri. (though we may both be wrong)

I tend to think it is a US manufactured vehicle rather than the European Ford Capri.

It could be any one of a number of makes/models produced in the late 60s/early 70s to capitalise on the popularity of the Ford Mustang design.
