Congratulations! you could perhaps design a one-off piece of jewellery with an independent designer. No one else will have one like it (which is what makes it so personal) and it will become an heirloom.

My birthday is the day before our anniversary so my birthday the day before our wedding my husband bought me a bottle of very expensive perfume. I wore it on our wedding day and now every time I smell that perfume it reminds me of our wedding day and brings such a smile to my face.
