The cost of security for Obama (or any other world leader) is nothing to do with the EU Referendum. Trying to attribute the cost to the IN campaign is bonkers. Obama's also going to Germany, France and Italy on this trip. The intention of the visit is not to influence your vote, he is saying what he thinks is best for the USA. The visit is not part of any Stay campaign, the timing is coincidental. Obama leaves office in November, so this is a final jaunt before that.
