started using nicotine patches will not stick .come off after an hour any advice please

Do you use a body cream of any sort? If so, keep it away from the area you intend to use the patch and wash hands thoroughly before applying the patch.
do you sweat a lot? are you putting them on just after a bath? these patches are awkward little b*****s and tend to come off so you need to have clean dry skin, no perfume/talc or anything. personaly i prefer the inhalator or the nick gum, good luck with the giving up the weed.

my skin is dry.was on holiday last week using sun & aftersun.the corners of the patches im using dont actualy stick to your skin will try again thanks both

I finally stopped smoking in 1994 after many many years of 40 a day. I could not have done it without the patches.

The very best thing I have ever done, health and money wise.
Yes, they are a bl**dy nuisance. Get a length of elastic tubing bandage from the chemist, this holds the patch on perfectly.
