please help me name this tune!!!

i heard an old song on the radio featuring a man singing about his life starting "when i was 4..." and tells his life as he is sttting on a porch, "when i was 9....."he gets to "when i was 89" and how he recieds back to childhood... a story of his life... please help me... i heard this a few years ago and need to find it again!!!

its the right idea but not the right song... there was definate mentions of a porch and it was a folk/countryish song which (what i think) was the singer just playing a guitar. I heard it after midnight on XFM about 3 years ago!! i dont know if it was new then or old...

Then I'm struggling ! Is there one particular line of the song that you can definitely remember?

For example I just did a Google search of 'when I was 89 lyrics' and nothing came back. If that line had been part of a song then I think that I would have picked it up. Might it have been a different age?

It could be "Back When I Was 4" by Jeffrey Lewis, an antifolk singer.
