I use an Ebay shop Ink-Power, and have done for years, very reliable and cheap but good quality ink.

We use the INK store. Www.the-inkstore.co.uk.
It's a refill service, you send empty cartridges and they refill them at £5 each plus postage of £3 ish for up to 5 cartridges.
We have used this company for a while now and have had really good service.
