yes but with an publicity campaign it might reduce the rot.

Didn't you see that program recently .. it was about 'The best diets' in the world. It actually started with the worst (Bikini Atol)... that was an eye opener But right in there with one of the worst diets was affluent Mexico where most 5-6 year olds are without a number of teeth because they have rotted away through drinking sugary drinks. Funnily enough the interview was done in a dental hospital where all the garden firniture had CocaCola printed all over it. Half the trouble is that these big companies will sell their almost addictive drinks cheaper than bottled water.
